The AutoSense Vision Focus is a leading-edge device that captures high-quality video footage of the road ahead as well as driver facing recording which analyses footage in real-time.

This analysis can detect potential safety issues, such as distracted driving and aggressive behaviour, allowing fleet managers to take corrective action to prevent accidents and improve driver safety. This solution helps fleet managers increase the safety and efficiency of their fleets through AI on-camera real-time processing.

The driver facing camera uses AI to monitor the drivers in-vehicle behaviour.

Functionality includes: Distracted driving and cell phone usage detected via hand to ear. More features will be released in future software updates.

The incident investigation functionality allows fleet managers to reduce harsh driving events, prevent accidents and exonerate drivers who aren’t at fault. Functionality includes: Lane Departure WS, Front Collision WS, Stop-N-Go and Tailgating.

VisionMax cloud reporting portal allows you to log in to the portal in real time, track your fleet, investigate events and download footage. It is only possible to live view the forward facing camera. Stores approximately 50 hours of footage. This can be viewed (delayed) through the portal with no need to visit the vehicle.

Only authorised team members can access the AutoSense Vision portal (MiTAC’s VisionMax portal).

Guardian and AutoSense Vision are the ultimate pairing of best-in-class technology. Guardian provides detection and intervention of fatigue and distraction and the Vision Focus combines AI driver behaviour and post event footage to assist companies understanding what has happened when there has been a complaint incident.

They current use seperate portals but the integration is of AutoSense Vision footage into the Guardian portal is underway.
