The Guardian Live web application is live and available to you. It provides a far superior interface for viewing the data generated by the driver safety systems in your vehicles.
The new app is more interactive and simpler to use, making it easier to find what you're looking for. This was acknowledged by its recent Pause Awards win.
Everything you could see and do before in Guardian Live is still there, but there's much more.

A centerpiece of this release is the Event Uplift, which aims to improve the way that events are interpreted and to make information clearer and more available by removing confusion and ambiguity over terminology. The system upgrades will be available from Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
Some of the major improvements include:
-
Event Uplift – comprehensive update to event terminology, improving clarity around how events are detected, classified and reviewed.
-
Redesigned Events Page – modernised events page with a new compact list view that displays significantly more events on screen while remaining easier to scan and navigate.
-
Improved Reporting and Insights – enhanced visibility of fleet performance trends and consolidated data across fleets.
-
Historical Reports Library – users will now be able to access historical digest and insights reports directly within Guardian Live, eliminating the need to search through email archives.
-
Greater Data Governance Controls – organisations now have more control over how their data is retained and used
-
Simplified email notifications – all event lifecycle changes will now be available through a simplified queue structure, providing greater control and flexibility for downstream systems.
-
Updated Message Queue Service – all event lifecycle changes will now be available through a simplified queue structure, providing greater control and flexibility for downstream systems.
