Guardian Scheduler

Sam started with AutoSense in April 2020 as a Scheduler, having come from a recent role in a trucking company. She had spent 20 years in various Customer Service roles in both Retail and the Motel industry, from checkout to management, cleaner to relief manager. Customer service and interaction has been the best part of her time in these roles.

Wanting a complete change Sam took on the Scheduler role and has really enjoyed the planning and the wide range of companies that she deals with. Coming from a family trucking background I understand the logistical side of getting the trucks off the road and having as little disruption as possible to their days.
