We use the WatchPAT Level 3 Sleep Test, a clinically validated wearable device that delivers medical-grade accuracy from just one night of home testing. Unlike simpler Level 4 devices, WatchPAT measures true sleep time, sleep stages, and key indicators of sleep apnea. This makes it an excellent choice for professional drivers and others in safety-sensitive roles, where accurate results and early detection are essential.
