Training scenarios based on real-life crash data to train drivers

Wouldn't it be great if you could re-create a real-life crash scenario to reduce the risk of similar crashes happening again? Now you can do just that with the AutoSense heavy vehicle simulator training. Our Crash Class can tailor scenarios based on your actual crash data, making the training sessions more informative, effective and engaging.

Our Crash Class takes a group of three drivers through the actual crash that occurred, puts them each though the crash scenario using simulation training, then discusses what could be done to avoid similar occurrences in future.

How it works

The programme is FOUR simple steps:

Review the crash
Look into the actual crash, what happened, what went wrong and what we can learn from it

Simulator familiarisation drive
Get used to driving in the training simulator​

Simulator session – re-creation of crash
Have a go at driving in the crash scenario to experience the crash environment

Group discussion with the trainer
Collaborate with your co-workers and the trainer to embed learnings and agree on what should be done differently to avoid similar incidents occurring again

Class information

  • Three drivers per session
