Ngaire Connolly-Hintz

Guardian Support

Ngaire joined AutoSense in July 2020 taking up the position of Guardian Tier 1 Support. She is responsible for scheduling tech jobs, responding to customer support tickets and general Guardian system administration.

 

Prior to joining AutoSense, she worked internationally as a Logistics Manager then Personal Assistant in the Telematics sector. She then moved to a completely different industry (Residential Aged Care) which was a huge learning curve where she spent five years providing Business Support to an organisation in Brisbane.

 

In her current role she enjoys learning about the Guardian system and being able to communicate with both our technicians and clients on a daily basis.
