Karen Dickson

National Training Manager

Karen is a passionate road safety advocate, with a background in operational and general management in both Government and Corporate business.

Having most recently managed the AA Driver Training business for 12 years, (9 as overall Manager, and 3 as the Education and Industry Relationship Manager) Karen has a solid background knowledge of both national and global principles of driver education, covering the broad spectrum of licensing, road law and driver behaviour.

Karen brings both a training delivery background and also design and creation of training material in road safety and defensive driving concepts to the role at AutoSense, based around the latest learnings of best practice and priorities of the Safe System approach to road safety in New Zealand
